• Lead and mentor Front Line Leaders across multiple shifts to ensure consistent performance, operational alignment, and engagement.
• Ensure adherence to company quality systems and global regulatory standards, including FDA 21 CFR and international requirements for Infant Formula.
• Drive financial and operational performance through cost management, budget oversight, and monitoring key metrics (OEE, labor, downtime, units per hour, CIP, material usage).
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement while promoting operator involvement in cost and performance management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
• Experience in project planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of process control and continuous improvement practices.
